Introduction to the team

The growing Business Consulting Services practice is a collaborative group that is committed to providing superior client service through strong relationships and high value deliverables. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our team. The Senior Manager will work on a variety of projects for clients, from the wide range of industries served by Moss Adams, that focus on management and organization assessments, process improvement, policy and procedure development, performance audits, and strategic planning. Responsibilities:

  • Perform consulting activities that include conducting interviews, reviewing documents, performing a variety of analysis, and preparing client deliverables such as findings, recommendations, and draft and final reports

  • Present deliverables to clients

  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand current business practices, identify opportunities for improvement, define new processes, and develop new/updated policies and procedures

  • Support project start up activities, such as developing project work plans, budgets, and schedules, and attending kickoff meetings

  • Serves as an integral member of our Business Consulting Services team

  • Travels to client locations to work onsite and periodically attend industry conferences

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or experience in a related field required; MBA preferred

  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience, preferably working in financial services sector

  • Experience in performance auditing, program evaluation, policy analysis, and/or substantive qualitative and/or quantitative analysis

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively present to large or small groups

  • Ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to take direction, learns quickly while working independently to prioritize work, establish goals and produce quality work

  • Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint)

  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 30%
